Overall Vision Originality Technique Impact"Artistic Perfection" would be the most suitable title for this image due to the simple idea and detailed drawing over the almost pale, mat and featureless background (the fingers) that made them a ready board to apply your elaborate drawing on it.
The idea of portraying people on fingers gives other meanings other than what you intend to show in this piece which to me it's the difference between people despite they originate from one source they still differ just like fingers (even though they're all fingers in the end, they still differ in shape and purpose).
All in all, it would work perfectly as a deep artwork and a comedy scene
